     This area will extend north to beyond Armada Center Road to include the corporations of Romeo, Armada and Richmond, as well as Washington, Ray and Lenox Townships; east to beyond the Macomb-St. Clair County Line to include the corporations of New Haven and New Baltimore, as well as Macomb and Chesterfield Townships in Macomb County and adjacent areas in St. Clair County; south to Eight Mile Road to include the corporations of Mt. Clemens, Fraser, Roseville, St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, Center Line, Warren, as well as Clinton and Harrison townships; and west to the Oakland-Macomb County Line to include Utica and Sterling Heights, as well as Shelby Township.
